Shipping Policy

We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from our warehouse to you, as quickly as logistically possible.

All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. While we generally expect any given order to be shipped out within 1-2 business days of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required. This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders, out of stock products, or International orders.

U.S. Orders

Standard Ground Shipping is free for all orders sitewide within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to AK, HI, and P.R. may require additional surcharges which will be calculated at checkout.

Local Options:

1/ Fully-Built Bike Delivery to Your Door - Miami-dade & Broward Counties Only - $25

Our local customers now have the ability to order website direct, and have your bicycle fully built and delivered with a $25 fee (most bike shops would charge an assembly fee of at least $40 and up). If you choose this delivery method at checkout, within 1-2 business days of your purchase, a we will reach out via email to schedule your bicycle delivery. 

2/ Shipping to Your Door (in a box 85% assembled) - Free

Our local customers can also have the option of having their orders shipped to their door in a package for free (bikes will be about 85% assembled with easy instructions to complete the assembly on your own). If you choose this shipping option at checkout, within 1-2 business days of your purchase, a Loco account representative will reach out via email to let you know when it will be delivered.

3/ Local Pickup at Our Retail Bike Shop - Free

Our local customers can now also choose to pick up their new fully-built bike from our retail shop - The Miami Bike Shop located at 275 NE 18th St, CU#110, Miami, FL 33132. This option is free of charge. If you choose this shipping option at checkout, within 1-2 business days of your purchase, we will reach out via email to let you know when it will be ready for pickup. 

Canada & International Orders

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country. At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to and select the destination country for shipment. The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information. Soon after we have received your order and after it has been fulfilled, we will send you an e-mail containing tracking information for your order. From there, it's just a short wait before your bike and/or gear will be in your hands. The buyer is responsible for any and all import taxes, duties, and any other import fees established by your local government. These are not included in the cost of shipping calculated at checkout so please be aware of your local customs for an estimation of those costs. Any additional costs associated with your country's customs policy are non-refundable and refusing shipment due to these fees will be at the customer's expense (including all original shipping charges).
