Warranty

Loco Cycles cares about you and your bike, and for that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on all frame sets, and 1 year on non-wearable parts**. When we state “manufacturer defects”, that does not include damages resulting from an accident, improper use or lack of maintenance.

Simply activate your warranty within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. How to do it? Here are the steps for your convenience:

1. Go to Register Your Bike page
2. Fill out your information
3. Make sure that your bike is professionally built by your local shop or dealer and be sure to ask for a sales receipt. This receipt will serve as your proof of purchase.
4. Upload receipt  or ( Email: info@lococycles.com or mail to Loco Cycles at: 7300 NW Miami Ct, Miami, FL 33150.)

Remember to enclose photographs of damages when you submit or inquire a warranty claim.

Please note that Loco Cycles is not responsible for any labor charges or costs related to the activation of your warranty and fees that are related to claims. For that reason we encourage all customers to seek a local dealer if possible beforehand. Loco Cycles may issue a store credit at any time to account for part(s) or product(s) that are no longer in stock.

**The following items are NOT covered by the warranty: Tires, tubes, cranks, chains, saddles/seat posts, pedals, grips, brake pads,and brake cables.
